Abstract：Thisarticledidresearchesonthestructure designofPDSballvalvestempackingbox intheproductionof polypropylene powderreactor，andanalyzedthegalingandleakageproblemsofPDSballvalvestempacking box.Bysimulating thevalvestrokingfrequencytestinactualworkingconditions，thestructureofPDSballvalvestempackingboxwasoptimized， and the sealing performance and service life of PDS ball valve stem packing box were improved.
