Abstract:Softsoilfoundation treatmenttechnologyplaysacrucialroleinensuringthestabilityoftheroadbedinhighway reconstructionandexpansionprojects.Thisarticle takesthewideningprojectofsoftsoilsubgradeasthebackground,and conductsasystematicstudyontwo foundation treatmentschemes: CFGpileandhigh-pressrerotary jet groutingpile.Combined withengineringpractice,itcomparesandanalyzestheirtechnicalcharacteristicsandapplicationefects.Throughengiering caseverfication,itwasfoundthatthedesignofCFGpilesneedstofocusoncordinatingtheselectionandthicknesscontrolof bufferlayermaterials,matchingofpilestrengthoptimizationofpilespacing,selectionofpilediameter,anddetermnationofpile length,amongotherkeyparameters,toensurethatthecombinationofvariousparametersmetsthegeologicalconditionsand constructionqualityrequirementsonsite.Duringtheconstructionprocess,itisimportanttofocusoncontrolingthequalityofthe lowerpartofthepilebody,scientificalldevelopingaconstructionscheduletoavoiddamagetothecontinuityofthepilebody, andestablishingapreventionmechanismandemergencyresponse planforpilebreakage isses.Theresearchresultsindicatethat thereasonableaplicationofflexiblereinforcementcushiontechnologyinCFGpilecompositefoundationcansignificantlymprove theoverallbearingperformanceofthefoundation,efectivelyregulatetheloaddistribution,andsupressdferentialsetlement. Comparedwithhigh-presurerotaryjetgroutingtechology,CFGpileshaveobviousadvantagesinsoftsoilreinforcementffect andeconomy.Thequalityofpileformationandconstructioneficiencyhaveahigherdependenceonmechanicalselection, processparameters,andprocesscontrol.Thisresearchachievementprovidesimportanttechnicalreference forthecomparisoand construction quality control of soft foundation treatment schemes in similar projects.
