Abstract:Withtherapiddevelopmentof renewableenergy,thedemandforvarious typesof energystorage technologiesin thepowergridcontinuestogrow.Gravityenergystorageisenvironmentallfriendlyandeconomicalandhasreceivedwidespread atentioninthepowerfieldinrecentyears.Inthispaper,agravitycompressdairenergystoragedeviceandpowergeneration systembasedonaregenerativegravityblockaredesigned.Theenergystorage deviceincludesashaft,agravitycolumn,a piston,etc.,andthepowergenerationsystemincludesaverticalelevatorandagenerator.Bydividingthegravityplungerinto multiplegravitycolumnsarangedlayerbylayer,thegravitycolumnsarelimitedthroughalimitmechanism,andthegravity actingonthegasstoragechamberischanged toachievepressureadjustment.Thereisnoneedtoadjusttheadjustingvalveof theairexpansionunittoadjusttheincominggasflowandpresure,achievingenergy-savingefect.Atthesametime,the compressedgasandthegasintroducedintotheairexpansionunitduring theexpansion process passthroughtheheatstorage materialandatechangeuringthecompresionandexpansionrocesisalizedtroughtheheatstoagematealhre isnoneedtoarangeadditionalheatexchangeunits,which improvestheflexibilityofsystemdesignandhaspracticalvalue.
