Abstract:Lithiumbaterycopperfoilisanimportantcomponentthataffectstheperformanceof lithiumbaterysystems.In itsproductionprocess,disolvedcopprfeding isakeylink.Thetraditional processusesmanualoperation,whichhas shortcomingssuchashighlaborintensity,lowefciency,andpooreconomicbenefits.Throughthetransformationofthe construction processandthenewdesignofthecranehoistingacessory,thispaperdesignsasetofinteligentchargingsystem forlithiumbaterycopperfoildissolvedcopper,andcarriesoutanexampletransformationandupgrade.Theadvantagesofthis systemare:Intellgentcontrolmakesthefeeding processmorestableandreliable,andreducesinterferencefromhumanfactors. Real-timepersonnelidentificationintheworkareaandsafetyinterlockingwithintellgentsystemsaswellassafetymeasures suchasemergencystopbutons,efectivelyensurethesafetyofoperators.Highlyprecisemeasuringequipmentandoptimized fedingprocessimproveproductioneficiencyandreduceproductioncosts.Theinteligentcontrolsystemcanmonitorthe operatingstatusofcoppermeltingequipmentinrealtime,discoverandhandleabnormalconditionsinatimelymaner,and ensurecontinuityandstabiltyintheproductionprocessThissystemisafedingsystemprocessthatintegratesoperatiosafety andhighefciencyandisofgreatsignificancetoimprovingtheproductionqualityandeficiencyoflithiumbatterycopperfoil.
