Abstract:Thebusinessystem ofthepublicmeteorological servicecenter hascomplex data processesandprocesing nodes. Howtoquicklydeterminethefaultpointwhenafaultocursandrelevantinformationisscarceidentifythenatureof thefault, anddeterminethemethodtorepairthefaultisaproblemfacedbytheoperationandmaintenanceworkersofthepublicservice center.Thispaperintroducestheideas,methodsandrelatedtechnologiesofknowledgemaping,takestheserviceproduct generatioprocessandnodesastheobject,reliesontheNeo4j databasetobuildaknowledge mapingdatabaseoftheservice productproductionprocess,andestablishesa"countercurrentfaulttroubleshotingmethod"todeterminefaultpointsandthe speed of fault nature has been greatly increased.
