Abstract:Inorder tosolvetheproblemofalmostall stagesoftheLNGreceivingstation tank truckfllngprocess being manuallymanaged,resultinginalargenumberofoperators,highworkintensitynoinformationexchangeinachstage,andlow flingeffiency.Acustomizedintellgenttankercontrolsystemhasbeendesigned，includingsystemschemedevelopment, equipmentprocurementanddebuging，onlineoperation,andafter-salesservice.Basedonthescientificprinciplesandmethods finteligenttechologyandbyombiningthecurentstatusofuipment，productionprocessharacterists，andselfotol data，theintellgenttankerplatformestablishedcannotonlyrunthroughtheentireloadingandunloadingstationbusines process,integrateinformationfromvariouslinksofloadingandunloadingbusinessbutalsoorganicallycombinetemanagement processwiththecontrolprocess,realizingthefullprocessmanagementof tankerloadingandunloadingandtankcontainerfillng on the same platform,effectively improving loading efficiency.
