风电机组变桨轴承载荷与疲劳寿命分析

Abstract:Basedontheanalysisoftheloadandfatiguelifeofthepitchbearingofwindturbines,theanalysistheoryof the racewayloadofthepitchbearingisfirstintroducedandamechanicalanalysismodelisconstructed.Thenusingthisodelthe changesintheracewayloadofthepitchbearingwhenthecontactangleischangedandtheclearanceisadjustedareanalyzed, andtherelationshipsbetween thesetwoparameters haveposiveandnegativeefectsontherollingloadofthepitchbearingare summaried.Thenthenominalstressmethodandlocalstressmethodareusedtoanalyzethefatiguelifeofthevariablepitch bearing.Itisfoundthatthefatiguelifeofthebearingislargeunderbothmethods.Itisfoundfromtheanalysisofthefactors affectingbearingfatiguelifethattheracewayhardenedlayerandracewaysufaceroughnessaretwoimportantinfluencingfactors. Increasingtheracewayhardenedlayerandreducingtheracewaysurfaceroughnesswillhelpimprovethefatiguelifeof pitch bearings;therefore,itis hopedthat thisresearch canprovide reference for theoptimal design of pitch bearings.
