Abstract:Judgingfromtheprotractedandlarge-scaleconfrontationbetweenRussiaandUkraine,itisnecesarytodevelp low-costequipment.Using matureindusrial-gradecomponentsisoneof theefectivemeanstoreduceequipmentcosts.Although mycountrysindustrial-gradeelectroniccomponentsindustryisdevelopingrapidlytheoverallqualitylevelstillagsbehindthe matureindustrial-gradecomponentsanddomesticmiliarygradecomponentsintheUnitedStatesandEurope.Thereareproblems suchasunstabletechnicalstatus，insuficientqualitycontrol,andhighfailurerisk.Therearestilllargerisksinlarge-scale applicationofequipment.Corespondingguaranteemeasuresnedtobetakenintheaspectsofsourcesearch，selection, verification and screening to achieve reliable application.
