Abstract:Withtherapiddevelopmentoftherailtransitindustry,mechanicalobstacledetectiondevicesarebecomingmore andmorewidelyusedassafetycomponentsofdriverlesstrainsduetotheirsimpleworking principle,highstabilityandature technology.However,thetraditionalmetalobstacledetectiondevicesarenotsuitableforthedevelopmentneedsoftherailtransit industryduetotheirlargeweight,lowfatigueresistance,andlowinstalltionandmaintenancecosts.Inthispaper,theauthors usetheadvantagesofcompositematerialstocarryoutastructural-functionalintegrationdesignforthemetalobstacledetection deviceusedinadomesticmodel,whichreducestheoverallweightandimprovestheservicelifeoftheproductunderthe circumstanceofguaranteingitsstrengthandsiffnessunchanged,andprovidesanewdesignideaforthelightweightdesignof the rail transport components.
