Abstract:Inordertoimprovetheacuracyoftheconnectionstatusmonitoringandthereliabilityofthelifeestimationof thecontrolcable,theimpedancechangeandlifeestimationmodelofthecontrolcableunderdiferenttemperature,humidityand loadcurrent conditionsarestudied byusing themethod based onwaveconductionprocessandimpedanceanalysis.By monitoringtheimpedancechangeandwaveformreflectioncharacteristicsofthecontrolcableinrealtime,theinfluenceof environmentalfactorsontheagingandlifeofthecontrolcablewasanalyzed.Theresultsshowthattheharshenvironmental conditionsaceleratetheagingofthecontrolcable,andtheincreaseofimpedanceandwaveformatenuationareimportant indicatorsforestimatingthelifeofthecontrolcable.Thismethodprovidesascientificbasisforthemaintenanceand management of control cables and effectively extends the service life of equipment.
