Abstract:Takingtheintellgentconstructionofprefabricatedresidentialbuildingsastheresearchobject，acomplete technicalprocessasonstructedandanintellgentethodforalocatingconstructionplanswasproposedTheentireitellient constructionprocesofprefabricatedresidentialbuildingsisdividedintofivestages:preparationanalysisstage,Bdesigntage, materialpreparationstageconstructionstage,andoperationandmaintenancestage.Asmartalocationmethodforprefabricated residentialconstructionschemeshaseenproposedanddetailedprocesingisprovidedfrom5aspects:spatialpyramidpooling procesing，introuctionofpathaegationnetwok，YOLOv4basedaderdesignlabelsmoingprocessng，andlossfunction design.Theexperimentalesultsshowthattheconstructionplanforprefabricatedhousingbasedoninteligencehassignificantly reduced the cost of engineering materials.
