Abstract:Weedsareextremelyharmfultothegrowthofcornandabsorbalargeamountof nutrientsbelonging tocorn sedlings.Corn fieldsmainlyuseacombinationof manual wedingandchemicalweeding tocarryoutweedingoperations.This weedingmethodhastheproblemsofhighlaborintensityandlowoperationeficiencyMoreover,long-termuseofpesticidesto wedwillseriouslydamagetheecologicalenvironmentofthefarmlandandisnotconducivetothelong-termplantingofcrops. Thedesignedweedingmachinecangreatlyimprovewedingeficiencyandreducetheintensityofmanuallabor.Atthesame time,italsoavoidstheproblemofsoilenvironmentalpolutionandensuresthegoodgrowthofcrops.Theselectionof batery packcapacityandmotorparametersisanindicatorinthedesignofanewenergylaserweeder.Aimingatthesmallradius steringsituationofthenewenergylaserweederinfieldoperations,acalculationmethodoftractionforce,steringresistance torqueandsteringpowerisproposed,andrealvehicletestsarecarriedout.Itisprovedthatthesteringresistanceofthe weederwhenturning withsmallradiusismuchgreaterthanthatwhengoingstraight,andthemotorisoverloadedbymorethan threetimeswhenturningtheweeder.Itisconcludedthattheviewthatthebaterypackcapacityofthenewenergyweeding machineshould beselectedbasedonthe maximumstering resistance torqueand the motor parameter selection should be based onthe power when going straight,which provides a basis for the future design of new energy tracked vehicles.
