市政污水管网工程顶管施工关键技术应用研究

Abstract:With theaccelerationof urbanization,theconstructionof municipal sewagepipenetwork is facing problemssuch aslimitedconstructionspaceandstrictenvironmentalprotectionrequirements.Thetraditionalexcavationconstructionhastherisk oflongconstructionperiod,highcostandenvironmentalpolution.Asthecoremeansoftrenchlessconstruction，pipejacking technolgyiswidelyusedinmunicipalsewagepipenetworkengineringbecauseofitshigheficiencyenvironmentalprotection andsafety.Basedontheactual project,thispaperfocusesontheapplication methodofopencaissnpipe jackingconstruction technology，andsystematicallanalyzesthekeytechnicallinkssuchasthecostructionpointsoftheoriginatingwellandthe receivingwelljackingmeasurementcontrol,setlementcontrol,mudtreamentandudreplacementAftertheapplicatiofts technology,the construction period is shortened by 2 2 % ，the comprehensive cost is reduced by 18 % ，and there is no significant impacton thesurrounding water body and traffic,which can providean effctivereferencefor similar projects.
