Abstract:With theincreasing complexityanddiversityof companyequipment,thetraditionalrepair mode hasexposed many limitationsindealingwithfaulthandlinganddecisionsupport.Inordertoimprovetheinteligentlevelofrepairmanagement, thispaperproposesanintellgentrepairdecisionsupportsystembasedondatamining.Thesystemuses Internettechnologyand dataprocessingtocollctandanalyzealargenumberofhistoricalrepairdataandreal-timeequipmentoperationdataanduses dataminigtechnologiessuchasclassfication,clusteringandassociationrulestoautomatefaultprediction,taskschedulingand optimal allocation of maintenance resources.
