Abstract:Ordinarysmoothblastingtechnologyintunnelconstructionispronetoproblemssuchasover-excavation,under excavation,andighdust,whichisespeciallprominentinterainswithweakinterlayers.Inordertosoletheaboveproblems, relyingontheblastingconstructionoftheAzaheTunnelastheengineringbackground,therocklithologyisdividedintothree categoriesaccordingtotheockfimnesscoeficientbasedonthephysicalperformanceindicatorsoftheon-siterocks(5\~010\~ 15,15\~20)Forrockswithdiferentstrengths,theoreticalbasicanalysisandnumericalsimulationwereusedtofindareasoable waterpressuresmothblastingplanandfieldexperimentalverificationwascariedout.Thefollowingconclusionsweredran:f thechargequantityremainsunchanged,theincreaseinthenumberofchargeswillimprovetheblastingefect;ifthenumberof chargesemainsunchanged,theincreaseinchargewillexpandthedamagerange;astherockfimnesscoeficientincreases,the rock strength becomes larger, and the charge quantity and charge quantity need to be increased.
