Abstract：Dynamicwatergroutingandpluggingtechnologyiswidelyused inundergroundprojectstosolveleakageproblems， especiallyinundergroundprojectssuchastunelsandmines.Thispaperreviewstheresearchstatusofthistechnologyfocusing ontheprogressingroutingmaterials，groutingprocesesandequipment，theoreticalanalysisandnumericalsimulationandmodel tests，andsummarizesthemainachievementsintheseresearchdirectionsathomeandabroadinrecentyears.Finaly，thefuture research trend and development direction of grouting and plugging technology are prospected.
