Abstract:Withthedevelopmentofubanconstructionand transpoitation facilities,theperformanceandqualityrequirements ofasphaltconcretehavebecomeincreasinglystringent.Aimingatthecommonproblemsofhighviscosityandeasyadhesionof asphaltconcreteduringconstruction,thispaperiscommittedtodevelopingnewspecialwarmmixmodfiers.Throughsystematic comparativetestsonvariouswarmmixmodfierfomulasandtheirdiferentdosageamounts,theaimistodeterminean optimizedself-madewarmmixmodifierformulaanditsoptimalmixingratiotoachievethebestperformanceefect.Theresearch resultsshowthattheoptimalratioofSES:aliphaticresin:phenolicresinvulcanizingagentinthewarmmixmodifieris5:3:3,and the optimal amount is 6 % ,considering the dual effects of economy and efficiency.This result will lay a foundation for the engineering application of the warm mix modifier.
