Abstract：According tothedevelopmentplanofShanghaiCitysLingang NewArea，theareaiscommitedtobuildinga world-renownedculturalandsportstourismdestination.Therefore，everyholiday，DishuiLakeandnearbyscenicspotsgradualy becomepopulartouristdestinations.Inordertoimprovetheservicequalityofthescenicspotandproviderelevantdepartments andresearch withsuggestionsandideasonroadtrficplaninginthescenicspot，thispaperusesthe Holt-Winters threeparameterexponentialsmothing methodtoanalyzeandpredicttheshort-termpeaktraffcflowonroadsaroundLingangNew Area based on the road traffic status of some scenic spots around Dishui Lake during holidays.
