Abstract:Newpowerelectronicdevicesplayavitalroleinsmartgridsandcansignificantlyimprovethestability,reliability andefciencyofthepowergrid.Withthedevelopmentofsmartgrids,coreequipmentbasedonpowerelectronicstechnology suchas IGBTs,MOSFETs,andSiC devicesare widelyused inscenariossuchastransmisionanddistribution,distributedenergy access,energystoragesystems,andelectricvehiclechargingnetworks.eseevicescanachieveeficientconversionandprecise controlof power,meetingthegridsrequirementsforhighpowerdensity,lowloss,andfastresponse.Intermsofoptiization design,devicetheralmanagementoptiizationmoduleintegrationesignelectromagneticinterferencesuppresionandothr meansimprovetheoverallperformanceof thepowersystem,andtheupgradeof powersemiconductorsandtheapplicationof new materialscan makethepower gridoperation moreeffcientand intellgent,furtherpromoting the developmentof smartgrids.
