Abstract:ThispaperaimstodiscussthedataprocesingandanalysismethodsofGISincartographywithspecialaention totheapplicationandcomparisonofspatialinterpolation,bufernalysisandothertechnologies.Throughempiricalanalysis,this papercoletedmeteorologicalobservationdataofacityfrom2O10to2O20,andusedinversedistanceweightingmethodand Krigingethdforspatialinterpolation,whileimplementingbferanalysistoasesstheenvironmentalimpactofmeteoological data.TheresultsshowthattheKrigingmethodissuperiortotheinversedistanceweightingmethodintemsof spatial interpoltionaccuracyanddataintegrity,andalsogetshigherscoresintermsofuserexperienceandmapaccuracy.Itsanalysis spedisrelativelyslowandmaybelimitedinreal-timeaplications.Theresearchresultsprovidetheoreticalbasisandpractical guidance for the selection of GIS data analysis methods.
