EnergyconservationandemisionreductionareimportantmeasurestoimplementtheScientificOutlookonDevelopmentand buildaharmonioussocialistsociety.Intodayscontextof people'sincreasinglydemandingbuildingenergyconservation，energy conservationandemissionreductionandgrenecologyhavebecomethedevelopmentdirectionofarchitecturaldesign.Thisarticle notonlyexpoundstheimportanceofmaintainingstructuralenergyconservationbutalsointroducesphotovoltaicBuilding IntegratedPhotovoltaic（BIPVsystemsand4Ctechnologiesinsmartresidentialcommunities.Itreflectstheimportantimpactof greenbuildingsontheenvironmentinallaspectsandwillalsohaveasignificantimpactonsustainableeconomicandsocial development.
