Digitalization-Driven Construction of the Employment and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem for Scientific Research Talents:A Studyon University-Enterprise Collaborative Innovation and Achievement Transformation Mechanisms

Abstract: [Purposes] This study examines the enabling effect of university-enterprise collaboration and achievement transformation on the employment and entrepreneurship of scientific research talents,and explores an institutional pathway based on platform governance.[Methods] A three-stage theoretical framework of "technology empowerment-value creation-ecological synergy" was constructed.Based on survey data from 48 universities and high-tech enterprises in Henan Province,structural equation modeling and cluster analysis were used to identify impact pathways,and a scientific research talent profiling system and an entrepreneurial risk assessment model were developed.[Findings] University-enterprise collaboration has a significant positive impact on the employment quality of scientific research talents, with achievement transformation playing a mediating role.Digital-intelligent platforms provide key support in resource matching and risk control. Scientific research talents can be categorized into three pro files,and the platform mechanism significantly enhances their entrepreneurial success rate and the efficiency of achievement commercialization.[Conclusions]A mechanism of" scientific research projects feeding employment and entrepreneurship" should be established,the developmental pathways for technical brokers and entrepreneurial talents should be clarified,and the coordination mechanisms and policy systems of local digital-intelligent platforms should be improved,ultimately forming a healthy ecosystem that supports the high-quality development of scientific research talents.
