Abstract:[Purposes] Develop a precision spraying process system suitable for a new environmentally friendlyheat-resistant coating to meet the protection requirements of high-voltage switch insulation components under complex working conditions.[Methods] Prepare an environmentaly friendly heat-resistant coating for spraying insulation parts,improve the process of surface orange peel,piting,and pit defects that occur during the spraying process,and verify the material properties of the coating.[Findings] After process optimization,the coating surface is free of defects such as orange peel,piting,and pits.It exhibitsgood alcohol resistance,withadhesion reaching Level O,hardnessreaching 5 H,surface resistance reaching 1.6×1015Ω ,and arc resistance time reaching 18O seconds.After 1O thermal and cold cycles,the surface remains normal.[Conclusions] This process achieves synergistic optimization of coating surface quality and comprehensive performance through precise parameter control and defect mechanism analysis,improving the reliability and safety of insulation components in their complex environments.It has good application prospects in the field of high-voltage switch insulation components.
