Construction Technology of Antique-Style Architectural Components Based on BIM Technology
——ACase Study of Column Engineering ina High-speed Railway Station Building YUAN Guang (China Railway Seventh Group Fifth Engineering Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou 45oo16, China)
Abstract: [Purposes] To fuly achieve the integration of the local culture and the construction of highspeed railway,and to address the challenges of construction precision and architectural expression of complex antique components in modern transportation buildings,three-dimensional modeling technology was utilized during the design and construction of a high-speed railway station building to refine the design of large-scale antique-style columns.A comprehensive and reasonable construction plan was formulated.[Methods] By utilizing three-dimensional modeling software to refine the design drawings,reasonable construction zones,installation sequences,and precise custom dimensions for the framework and panels were determined.A rational instalation plan was formulated,and the construction of large antique-style columns was completed through precise measurement and layout,framework installation, aluminum panel installation, and seam sealing.[Findings] The construction of the intricately designed antique-style columns has been completed.Testing revealed that the verticality deviation and seam width errors are within reasonable limits,achieving a high rate of architectural design realization.The project perfectly presents the imagery of regional culture.[Conclusions] Practice has proven that the key construction technology for large-scale antique columns based on digital technology can ensure the precise processing and installation of the framework and surface layers ,and can achieving the desired architectural decoration effect.It is recommended to promote this technology in cultural-themed transportation hub projects.
