Analysis and Path of the IE New Quality Talent Collaborative CultivationEcosystemunder theDigital and Intelligent Transformation

Abstract:[Purposes] Inorder toadapt tothis transformation demand,itis necessary to focus onthecultivationof new quality talents in industrial engineering under the background of digitaland intelligent transformation.[Methods] This study focuses on the cultivation of new quality talent in industrial engineering under the context of digital and intelligent transformation in manufacturing.Based on ecological theory,it analyzes the competition,and mutually beneficial symbiotic relationships among various entitiessuch asuniversities,enterprises and industries within the talent cultivation ecosystem.A multiparty collaborative ecosystem forcultivating new quality talent in industrial engineering is constructed. [Findings]The research proposes three cultivation models: university-led,enterprise-led,and platformled, each relying on the strengths of university disciplines,resources from enterprise practices,and the technical integration capabilities of platforms to optimize talent training pathways and address the current disconnection between talent supply and industrial demand.By exploring the collaborative mechanisms and operational logic among entities under diffrent models,the study aims to build a dynamic balance and efficient adaptation in the talent cultivation ecosystem,thereby resolving the structural contradictions between talent training and industrial demand.[Conclusions]This study puts forward three path suggestions for the construction of the collaborative cultivation ecosystem of industrial engineering talents,which is of great significance for promoting the deep integration of industryand education and improving the quality of talent supply.
