The Current Situation,Problems and Improvement Strategies of the Evaluation Index System for Intellectual Property Dispute Mediation

Abstract: [Purposes] Dispute mediation in the field of intellctual property is an important part of advancing the construction of a diversified mechanism for resolving conflicts and disputes,and also a crucial link in strengthening the whole-chain protection of intellectual property.To evaluate whether intellectual property dispute mediation has achieved its expected goals more scientifically and reasonably, and to promote the further development of intellectual property dispute mediation,it is necessary to establish an evaluation index system for intellectual property dispute mediation.[Methods]This paper analyzes the current status of evaluation indicators for intellectual property dispute mediation in China at both the national and regional levels,identifies existing problems,and explores strategies for improving the evaluation index system for intellctual property dispute mediation.[Findings] The construction of an evaluation index system for intellectual property dispute mediation faces practical diffculties,such as the complexityof dispute types,the diversity of mediation entities,and the challenges in quantifying evaluation indicators.[Conclusions] The improvement path for the evaluation index system of intellectual property dispute mediation is proposed from four aspects: clarifying construction principles,optimizing construction methods,improving the mediation work system,and strengthening cross-departmental collaboration.
