Investigation and Application of Soil Pollution Remediation Technologiesin New Energy Vehicle Manufacturing

Abstract: [Purposes] This study investigates the characteristics of soil polution and the efectiveness of remediation technologies in new energy vehicle manufacturing areas,providing a reference for soil polution management in industrial sites.[Methods] Functional zones, including the production area, storage area,and waste disposal area, were delineated,and soil samples from different depths were collcted. The concentration distributions of heavy metals (Pb,Cd, Cr)and organic pollutants (VOCs,SVOCs) were analyzed.Bioremediation technologies basedon biofilm applications were implemented to treat the pollution,and their effctiveness was evaluated.[Findings] Regarding pollution characteristics,the productionareaexhibited the highest concentration of heavy metals,withPb reaching 21O.7mg/kg,while the waste disposal area had the highest VOCs concentration at 91.2 mg/kg.The vertical distribution showed significant contamination in surface soil, with Pb and Cd concentrations at 198.5 mg/kg and 3.O mg/kg, respectively,in the 0-0.5 mlayer,which decreased with depth.Post-remediation,the concentrations of heavy metals and organic polltantssignificantly declined,with removal rates of Pb, Cd,and VOCs reaching 62.8% 65.6% ,and 78.5% ,respectively.Additionally, soil pH valueswere restored to nearneutral levels.[Conclusions] Soil pollution in new energy vehicle manufacturing areas primarily origi
nates from industrial processes and waste disposal. Biofilm-based remediation technology demonstrates excellent performance in pollutant removal and ecological restoration.
