Abstract: Based on the research paradigm of educational life experience, this paper collects data by using the observation method, interview method and content analysis method, and conducts data analysis by combining category analysis and situation analysis to study the ideological and political literacy and ability of medical professional course teachers.  Results displayed that active ideological and political education became a prevailing trend, but passive, resisted and questioned attitude also existed. And teachers also had imperfection about curriculum ideological and political in some aspects such as connotation and essential factors understanding, teaching contents reserving, cases building, themes condensing, teaching methods innovating and information technology using. Research indicated that it is still the important task for medical school to stimulate subjective initiative of professional teachers during the construction of curriculum ideological and political, and that it is still an urgent task for medical professional teachers to increase the curriculum ideological and political literacy and ability.
