Abstract: This study explores the role of the second classroom in higher education in improving college students' innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities, and analyzes the practices and differences in innovation and entrepreneurship education in domestic and foreign universities. Based on the author's years of experience in guiding innovation and entrepreneurship projects, strategies are proposed, including precise project direction, control of research pathways, stimulation of innovative thinking, guidance on knowledge accumulation, reinforcement of mentorship and collaboration, and improvement of university support and evaluation mechanisms. These strategies contribute to optimizing the innovation and entrepreneurship education system, promoting educational reforms, and enhancing students' innovative mindset, practical skills, and entrepreneurial spirit. The findings provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the further development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities.
