商科研究生与导师关系的影响机制:基于JDCS模型的探索

Abstract: Failed to handle good derivative relationship has a great negative impact on the graduate student's education, based on the theory of JDCS, build the job demands, job control, the relationship between social support and derivative theory model, using the questionnaire survey to collect data, through linear regression to test the hypothesis, to explore factors that influence the derivative relations. The results showed that job demand was negatively correlated with the mentoring relationship. Job control and social supportwere positively correlated with the mentoring relationship. Job control positively moderated the relationship between job demand and mentoring relationship to mitigate the negative impact of job requirements. Therefore, it is suggested that graduate students should improve their own scientific research level, communicate more with their supervisors, and the supervisors should carry out emotional interaction and communication with graduate students, and implement the educational thought of moral education.
