Abstract： Professional degree postgraduates education is facing the new requirements of cultivating "excellent engineers" by classified training and the integration of industry and education. This paper is to study the long-term cooperation strategy， including multi-subject collaborative deepening participation and emphasizing resource integration and sharing. Around the core requirements of excellent engineers， based on the analysis of the joint training base， the continuous improvement of joint training base construction path for professional degree postgraduates in computer science is put forward. The goal is to satisfy the training standards for excellent engineers and to develop the graduate joint training bases into a comprehensive industry-university-research cooperation base for scientific research and innovation， to meet the evolving talent demands of the engineering and technology sector.
