立德树人背景下导学关系现实困难与优化对策
摘 要:导师是研究生培养的第一责任人,导学关系和谐程度直接关系着研究生育人成效。新时代立德树人背景下,导学关系正面临严峻考验。该文从优化研究生的招生和培养制度,提升导师育人能力,探索导学对话机制,强化立德树人根本任务意识方面,对克服导学关系现实困难提出应对策略。

Abstract: The mentor is the first responsible person for the cultivation of graduate students. The relationship between tutor and postgraduate is the key for ensuring the quality of postgraduate education. In the new era of moral education reinforced, the relationship between tutor and postgraduate is facing severe challenges. In this paper, to overcome the practical difficulties, the strategies are provided based on optimizing admission policy and educational program, improving the tutor's educational ability, exploring the dialogue mechanism between tutor and postgraduate, and strengthening the consciousness of moral education.
