紧盯部队高技术人才培养　深化军校新装备教学改革

摘  要：随着新型装备的迅速发展，部队对高技术人才的需求越来越强烈。军事院校如何运用合理的改革措施，使人才培养模式尽快适应新装型备技术的发展，为部队培养更多的新型军事人才，是适应未来军队现代化建设和信息化战争的首要条件，也是加速我军战斗力生成和提升军事实力的重要保证。

Abstract： With the rapid development of new equipment， the demand for high-tech talents is becoming stronger and stronger. How to use reasonable reform channels to make personnel training mode adapt to the development of new packaging technology as soon as possible， and to train more new military talents for the army is the first condition for adapting to the future army's modernization and information warfare， and also an important guarantee for accelerating our army's combat effectiveness and enhancing its military strength.
