书院制改革的机遇与挑战

——以南京审计大学为例

摘  要：书院制改革为全面提升高等教育质量开辟一条新的路径，也为提高人才培养质量及回归大学“本色”提供一次重要发展机遇。但书院制改革仍然面临诸多挑战，例如思想意识的突破、各方面的协调配合和一系列的制度保障等。因此，该文以南京审计大学为例，探讨书院制改革存在的问题，并提出相应的政策建议。

Abstract： The reform of academy system not only opens up a new path for comprehensively improving the quality of higher education， but also provides an important development opportunity for improving the quality of talent training and returning to the "nature" of universities. However， the reform of academy system still faces many challenges， such as the breakthrough of ideology， the coordination of all aspects， a series of system guarantee and so on. Therefore， taking Nanjing Audit University as an example， this paper discusses the problems existing in the reform of academy system， and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.
