Abstract：Jinjiao6O3 isanewsingle-bearing pod peppercultivar，which was bredwith inbredlineypl3032-1-1-1-1-1as female parent and inbred line jx1435-1-1-1as maleparent.lt'sa late maturitycultivar with firstflower concurringat 1th-13thnode and8.7days from planting tothe first fruit turning redonaverage.Thiscultivar grows vigorously with height of 62.0cm and width of 75.9cm onaverage.The fruit isin finger shape.The ripe green fruit is green，while the fullyripe fruit turnsred.The vertical diameter ofpepper fruit is 10.3cm ，and the transverse diameteris 1.4cm ，andsingle fruit mass is 4.7g with flesh thickness of 0.10cm .The capsaicin content of dry fruit is 11.774mg⋅g-1 ，and vitamin C contentis 93.524mg⋅100g-1 .Theyieldismore than 1600kg⋅667m-2 .Ingeneral，Jinjiao6O3isacultivarwithhighyield， concentratedfruitsetingandgoodconsistency.ItisresistantoPhytophthora blightandCMV，and itissuitableforopen field production in spring in Shanxi province.
