Abstract:To address the issues of environmental polutioncausedbyLentinus edodes residue and the high production costsforAuriculariaheimuer,thisstudyinvestigatedtheeffectsofdiferentLentinusedodesresidueratios 0% , 10% 20% 30% 40% 50% 60% 70% ,and 80% ,corresponding to Formulations Ito VII)in the cultivation substrate on the growth of A .heimuer,and evaluated thefeasibilityofusingLentinusedodesresidue toreplaceapplewood sawdust.The results showedthatLentinus edodesresidue isrich innutrients,withhighercontentofN,P,K,andashcomparedtoapple sawdust,making itasuitablecultivationmaterialforA.heimuer: InformulationII,the mycelial growthratewasthe fastest,significantlyexceeding thatofthecontrolandotherformulations.Additionall,this formulationpromotedtheearliest primordia formation,2 days earlier than CK,with a primordia uniformity of 100% .In terms of yield and efficiency, Formulation II performed the best,achieving a total of fresh ear output of 822.72g⋅bag-1 and a biological efficiency of 96.79% .FromFormulationItoVI,both the total freshear outputand biological efficiencyshowedan initial increase followed byadecreasing trend.Based onacomprehensiveevaluation using fuzzy membership function method,it was determinedthat,withfixedsupplementarymaterials(wheat bran,soybeanpowder,lime,andgypsum)accounting for 13.5% of the substrate,the optimal economic benefits for A .heimuercultivationcould be achieved when theLentinus edodesresidue constituted 30% and applewood sawdust 56.5% of the formulation.
