Abstract:Toinvestigate thespeciesdiversityandresourcevalueofwildmacrofungiinZhangguangcai Mountains, province,filltheresearch gap inthisregion,and promote theconservationandutilzationofmacrofungalgermplasmresources,412macrofungal specimenswerecollected fromthe Zhangguangcai Mountainsusingrandomized transectand line-intercept methods.Through integrated morphologicalandmolecularidentification,combined withresource evaluationandfloristic geographical componentanalysis.161 macrofungal species were identified,which belong to2 phyla,6classes,18orders,55families,and93genera.Thedominantfamilies( ⩾10 species)were Polyporaceae(23 species, 14.29% )andHymenochaetaceae(11 species, 6.83% ).Fivedominant genera ⩾5 species)wereidentified:Trametes (8 species, 4.97% ),followed byPleurotusandRussula(7 specieseach, 4.35% each).Resource evaluation classified 12 edible species,37medicinalspecies,17dual-purpose(edible-medicinal)species,and5toxicspecies.Intermsofgeoraphical composition of genera, cosmopolitan genera predominated(63 genera, 67.74% ),followed by north temperate(20 genera)andpantropical elements(1O genera).This studyprovides fundamental data for macrofungalconservation and sustainable utilization in Zhangguangcai Mountains.

大型真菌通常是指肉眼可见、徒手可摘的真菌,主要为担子菌门(Basidiomycota)、少数为子囊菌门(Ascomycota)真菌,该类真菌具有重要的经济价值,在生态系统中对促进植物生长、维持生态系统的稳定及物质循环和能量流动发挥不可替代的作用,也在一定程度上影响森林和人类的健康。(剩余9733字)
