Abstract:The efects of lowtemperature stressonphysiologyand biochemistryofMomordicacharantiaL.were studied to screenlow-temperature-tolerant materialsandevaluation indicators in41inbredseedlings.Theresultsshowedthatthe variationcoefficientof12physiologicalandbiochemical indicatorsamongthe41bittrgourdinbredlineswere 5% 150% ,which could be transformed into5 independent comprehensive indicators.The cumulative contribution rateof the main factors reached 74.22% .Correlation analysis indicated that Fv/Fm was significantly negatively correlated with MDA content and solublesugar content.The 41 different genotypes ofbiter gourd inbred lines could be clasified into 5 categories basedon the strength of low-temperature tolerance evaluatedbythe membership function method.Six inbred lines with relatively strong low-temperature tolerance were screenedout,and Pro content,SODactivity, Fv/Fm, MDA content and Ci were establishedas theevaluation indicators of low-temperature tolerance,which provides a relatively efficientandapplicablemethodfor theeficientandearly-maturingbreedingofbitter gourdandtheidentificationoflow-temperature tolerance materials.
