23份地稍瓜种质资源形态性状遗传多样性分析

Abstract:Asurveywasconductedon16morphological indicatorsof23accesionsofCynanchum thesioides(Freyn)K. Schum.,andgeneticdiversityorrelation,prncipalcomponent,andclusteranalyses wereperformedtoexplorethegetic diversityofmorphological traits,providinga theoretical basis forthe genetic breedingof C thesioides.Theresultsindicate that the genetic diversityof morphological traits among the23resources isrelativelyrich,withadiversityindexranging from1.48 to1.98,averaging1.75,andacoefficient of variationbetween 5.71% and 60.63% ,averaging 17.67% ,among them,thecoeficientof variationofthenumberofflower,thenumberoffruit,thefruitsetingrate,thethousand-grain massof seedsand seed width areall greater than 15% ,which canbeused asevaluation indicatorsforthepreliminary selection and breeding of the germplasm resources of C thesioides.Correlationanalysis indicatesthatthereare 31 pairs oftraitsshowingextremelysignificant positiveornegativecorrelations.Principalcomponentanalysis indicates thatthe first five principal components can reflect 82.685% of the information,with three resources having a comprehensive score ofabove three,cluster analysiscan categorize the23 accessions of C thesioides into three groups.Insummary,thereis rich morphological variation in C thesioides resources,and theresearch results can providea basis for furthergenetic improvement and breeding.
