AbstractThisttiofndprecoisfyactitftkeetofprofitole tiveconstructionlnd（CCL）Howtoiproveteioalitoftedistrbutioflndappeciationicoeisatoicorthepgis studyisbsedoisiooflanddvelopetsadtlfialsuitfucofofes.Itostuctsdistrtiooelf appreciationincomefromtheaketentryofCCL，andonuctsquantitativecalclatiosusinglndransactiondataocicoicata， andrelevantpolicydocumentsfrO5tO3inJinzaiCountyAnuProvinceastereseachrea.Thesultssowthattelad ciation income is1 447.5 thousand yuan/ hm2 ，which only accounts for half of the land price.During the process of the market entry of PCCL， farmershavelosthesocialsecrifuctioncadyheirland，hichorth93OOtousanduan/hadsouldbompesatedta ersbythegovementusingartofthdjusmentfundsAftercosiderigtedivisiooflanddeveloentrightsandelssofsocaluiy functiofofsldridontlelidsispel..d 592.5 thousand yuan/hm²，with the corresponding ratios being 3.8% ， 55.2% and 41.0% ，which enable the farmers’collective to obtain the majorityfndpeicoedifatledalmpesaioddsfdsioiduieoi thetransformatioofnddevelopntodefronlandacqusitiotostocklndteigtearket，ndalsolpstmproetesiasmoffarersndthvlistarticipateinearketetrfCL.eocusiooftisudyexpadteesaason thedistributioofappeiatioicfroteakettyofCCLandasiporatpolicyposfoepentefoofitss tribution system in the future.
