AbstractObjectiveInodertoompreensivelyuderstandtheighyieldstabilitydaptabity，diseaseresistance，ndnrogenand phosphorusutiliatiofciencyofLuomai49.MethodCombinedwiththedatafothjointnatioalwheatvarietyreseachanddvelopt ofresistanceinthesouthernpartoftheHuanghuaiRverfom2O19to2OandO2toO21，aswellastheproductiotrialsfro22to 2021，thehighstabiltyoeffcent（C）andanalsisofriance（ANOVA）methoswereusedtoanalyetegheldabilitydaptabilityiseasesisaalitdospsuilyofoi49.sululssodhaed Luomai 49 was significantly higher than that of the control variety Zhoumai 18（ P<0.01 ）in the national wheat variety joint research and developmentofresistancetoFusameadblightandmultiresistancegroupsinthesouthepartof teHuangaiRivrregion，slithe 2020-2021prodctionrialemonstratiecelenthigndsableield;Luomai49demostratedgodaptabilityintettial wheatvarietysarchnddevelopntofresistancetousameadbligtandultiresistacegoupsintsouthpartoftheHuagai Riverin2019-2and1，aswelsinteproductiontrialin02-01;Luoai49dgoodcomprehsivediseasesistance， includingoderateresistancetousarumheadblighttriperust，lfst，owderymdew，andshathblightCoclusionLoai9isa ntrogenandphosphorushigheficiencymedimglutenwheatvariety，whichcanbeusedformakingtraditionalflourfoodsuchasMantouand noodles.It can be promoted and applied as a green variety in the southern wheat region of the Huanghuai River.
