AbstractObjectiveInodertoompreensivelyuderstandtheighyieldstabilitydaptabity,diseaseresistance,ndnrogenand phosphorusutiliatiofciencyofLuomai49.MethodCombinedwiththedatafothjointnatioalwheatvarietyreseachanddvelopt ofresistanceinthesouthernpartoftheHuanghuaiRverfom2O19to2OandO2toO21,aswellastheproductiotrialsfro22to 2021,thehighstabiltyoeffcent(C)andanalsisofriance(ANOVA)methoswereusedtoanalyetegheldabilitydaptabilityiseasesisaalitdospsuilyofoi49.sululssodhaed Luomai 49 was significantly higher than that of the control variety Zhoumai 18( P<0.01 )in the national wheat variety joint research and developmentofresistancetoFusameadblightandmultiresistancegroupsinthesouthepartof teHuangaiRivrregion,slithe 2020-2021prodctionrialemonstratiecelenthigndsableield;Luomai49demostratedgodaptabilityintettial wheatvarietysarchnddevelopntofresistancetousameadbligtandultiresistacegoupsintsouthpartoftheHuagai Riverin2019-2and1,aswelsinteproductiontrialin02-01;Luoai49dgoodcomprehsivediseasesistance, includingoderateresistancetousarumheadblighttriperust,lfst,owderymdew,andshathblightCoclusionLoai9isa ntrogenandphosphorushigheficiencymedimglutenwheatvariety,whichcanbeusedformakingtraditionalflourfoodsuchasMantouand noodles.It can be promoted and applied as a green variety in the southern wheat region of the Huanghuai River.
