AbstractToeterminethefetsofdferenthoronetypes,concentratiosandsakingtiesonthegerminationcharacteristsoftrus hongheensis seeds,an L9(34) orthogonal experiment was conducted.The germination dynamics were observed,and the germination rate,germinationpotetialandveragegerinatiotieerestatisiallalyd.Thesultsshowdthatthgeationrate,eatiootetial and average germination time of different treatment combinations were 31.11%-58.89% , 21.11%-44.44% and 30.94-35.72 days,respectively. There were significant ( P<0.05 )or extremely significant ( P<0.01 )differences among the 9 treatment combinations. The optimal germination index(characteristic) was obtained when seeds were soaked in a mixed solution of 0.20g/L (20 GA3 and 0.30g/L IBA for 8 hours. ThedominantfciegeatioateoftrusonhessasAtominttoetigteiatpotealste interaction between IBA and GA3 ,and the dominant factor affecting the average germination time was GA3 . Soaking seeds in a mixed solution of 0.20g/L (2 GA3 and 0.30g/L IBA for 8 hours improved the germination characteristics of Citrus hongheensis seeds.It is recommended as a treatment measure for seed germination in the propagation of Citrus hongheensis seedlings.
