AbstractTakingthlow-leadagomerationtobacoarietyYunyan87andtelead-enrichedtobacovarityK326asthetestmaterals,using a potted plant method, five treatments were set up,namely CK,T1(lead 500mg/kg ),T2(lead 500mg/kg+ sheep dung 1.33g/kg ), T3(lead 500mg/kg+ diatomite 30g/kg ),T4(lead 500mg/kg+ sheep dung 1.33g/kg+ diatom soil 30g/kg ).By measuring agronomic traitsandbiomasidexssuchasplanthight,teticess,ndmaxileafifrtreaments,thtsofsga diatomiteontbaccogrowthanddevelopmentof dferentgenotypesunderadstresswerediscued.Teresultsshowdthat:leadstresan inhibithegrowthoftobacoplants.Aftertransplanting,3Odayslater,theplantheightstemthickness,maximumleafarea,andioassof Yunyan8CKwere1.41,1.48,.63and1.59timesthoseofT1,respectivelyorK326CK,thesevalueswere1.26,1.04,1.1d1.79 timesthoseofT,espectivelypmanureanddatoitecanpromotetegrowthddevelopntoftobaounderleadstrss,withte combinatinofspmaureanddatomitesowigtebsteectAerOdayspostrasplantig,theplntheight,temtckss,aimumleafareandbiomassofYuya87T4were1.07,03,08and1.22tiesthoseofT,espectively.FoK26T4,thsevause 1.02,1.2,1.07and1.19 times thoseof T1,respectively. Therefore,adding anappropriate amount of sheep dung + diatomite in the soil can improvetheresistanceof diferent genotypes of tobacco toleadstressandcontribute tothegrowthand developmentof tobacco.
