基于主成分分析的“大久保桃”果实品质综合评价

AbstractTocompartfritualityierencesof“Oubopeach”frdiferentorsandreetheeyiicatorsofifreto "Okubo peach”germplasmresourceswereusedasmaterils.Tenquality indicatorsincludingsinglefruitqaityandanthocyaninswerdeter mined.Thescoreswerecalulatedandthepeachorchards wererankedbyacomprehensiveevaluationmethodcombiningprincipalcomponent analysisandfactoranalysis.Theresultsshowedthattefruitqaltyof“Okubopeach”indiferentproducingareaswasdiferent,andthe range of variation coefficient was wide,ranging from 2.00% to 21.21% . The coefcient of variation of titrable acid content is the largest,reaching 21.21% .Three principalcomponentswereextracted byprincipal componentanalysis,andthecumulativevariancecontributionrate reached 83.311% .Furthermore,solid-acidratio,sugar-acidratioandfruitqualitywere usedasthecore evaluation indexesandacomprehensive evaluation model ( Y=0.417 3F1+0.294 9F2+0.120 9F3 )was established. The comprehensive quality of T9,T8,T1O,T13 and T1 was excelent,thequalityofpeachfruitiT7,2,11,T3andT5was medm,andhequaltyofpeachfruitinT,T4andTwasre researchresultsproidedentihoeticalgdaefortiaiomanagentdegioalslctioofeelntgeplaso of“ Okubo peach”.
