AbstractInodertoleartheatractanteftofsxperomone，stickycolorplateadlightraosripedsteborerChilosupresalis in rice and water-oat fields，the optimal materials suitable for trapping and monitoring the C .suppressalis were screened，and provide information forisectonitoringandaplicationdevelomentofthpest.Intissudy，twoindsoftickyolorplates（yellowandgreen）andtinds flightraps（lacklightandultravioletlight）werecompared.Teresultsshowedtattecombinationofsexpheromoneandgrnplatewas significantly better than other combinations （ P<0.01 ）.The yellow plate combination had a remarkable trapping effect on natural enemy insects， whilethegreenplatecombinationadremarkabletrappgfctonon-taretpests.eombinationoflighttra（speiallybacklight） hadaremarkabletappgefctonon-targetboresAccording totedamicaalysisofinsesituatio，theouecepeakofeadult C suppresaliswasidyincefeldndid-JulynwaterateldinYuyaoerefo，wasesayoombiatioickyololat， lightrapandsexperomoerasoablyielyndappopratelytovidtebooingpriodofaturaleemis，steverae monitoring and control of adult population dynamics of the C .suppressalis.
