AbstractInoder tounderstandhedomnantpopulationcomposionanddnamicsofscarabsinagricultureandforestryinLuoheHenan Province，teadultpopulatioofsarabsintsaeassstematicallmoitordusingmoitogmfro21tO4.Teesultsshowed thattherewer33aabsof9specirdin4earsichlycudAoalaopuentaotsulsklotrice Motschulskyderlie，qal），roFie，Hidea，oed mongolicaMotschulskyndLiocolabrevitasisLewis.Teannualtrappingamountofmixedpopulationshowdadecreasing trendearbyyea andthetrappingpeakwasfromarlyJunetolateJuly.TedomiantpopulationsofscarabsinagriculturendforestrywereA.corpulentaand H paralela.etappngtiofoulenteddisticttpoalagegoititsakpeodofAouentfrorlJaly July.The peak period of H paralela from mid-Juneto late July was relatively lateand spanned.Thepeak dayofA.corpulent wasalso generally former than that of H paralela，the peak day difference was 21 days atmost.This study provides a theoretical basis for monitoring，early warning and integrated management of scarabs in agriculture and forestry in Luohe and Henan Province.
