AbstractObectie]Tstablishmetdofquantiativeanalysisofulti-ompoentsbygle-markrQAM)forsultaeoslyete mining the content of hyperoside,rutin,and chlorogenic acid in Wuzhaozi.[Method] Using Agilent HC- C18(2) chromatographic column ( 4.6mm×250mm , 5μm ),with acetonitrile(A) -0.1% formic acid(B) as mobile phase,gradient elution,column temperature of 30qC , flow rate of 1mL/min ,injection volume of 15μL ,detection wavelength of 360nm .Using chlorogenic acid as the internal reference,calculated therelativecorrectionfactor(RCF)betwnclorogicacidndhyperoside,rutin,andevaluatetedurabilityofCF;comparedadaalyzedtheresultsof theQAMSmethodwiththeexteraltandardmethod(ESM).Result]Hypercintinandchlorogenicacidhadagd linear relationship within a certain range ( R2≥0.9988 ),and the system adaptability test,precision,repeatability,stability,and spiked recoveryratealletteeqremnts;tratoreonfactosfoperosidadutwereclaedt.9nd.esp tively,andthfctsofolutmperature,foate,ndjectionamoutonCFererelativelysallwitiertainrangethreas nosignficantdiferenceintemeasuementresultsbetweeQAMSndESM.Conclusion]TemetodofQAMSestablishedintisudycan beusedtodeterineteontentofhyperoside,utin,ndchlorogenicacidinWuzhaozi,andcanprovidereferencefortequalityevauation of it.
