菊花连作障碍抗性种质筛选评价及抗性机理研究

AbstractBasedonthefowertype，flowercolorandflowercharacter，55cutchrysanthemumvarietieswereselectedandthediseaseindex wereecordedtodetsceleveofsauedntsaeiresedTlsc tedthatthevarietyNanongLibaishowedhigresistance（H）tocontiuousroppingobstacle，tevarietiesNaong BingjieandNaong Yuanlvrepresent mdiumresistane（MR）tocontiuouscroppingobstacle，andthevarietiesMenghong，Nannong DoulvandNannongDaixue showedusceptible（S）tototiuouscopigstacleeeaiing49utcsanteumvetisereloginttegiiy varieties（HS），accounting for 89.1% of the total tested varieties. The disease index of HS variety Nannong Fenying was 87.5% ，which was 3.69 times than a HR variety Nannong Libai，the stem height of HS variety Nannong Libai was 95.00cm ，and the stem diameter was 5.34cm ，which was1.44nd22tistantatintSvretyNaogFeng.Inadio，eefeeactivitssowdthositiecoelatoih varietiesresistancelevel.ThePPO，PALandPODactivitiesofplantleavesinHRvarietyNanongLibaiwere2O1.33，36.33nd 392.67 U/（ ·min），respectively，whichwas1.62，1.43and1.23timesthanthatintheHSvarietyNanongFenying.Theactivityofhdrogenase showed positively correlated with its variety resistance level. The soil enzyme activities showed as ： HR > MR HS>S， the quantity of bacteria and fungi in the rhizosphere soil of HR varieties were 2.46×109 and 9.73×106 copies/ in the flowering time，which were 4.24 and 0.65 timeshigherthantatinteHvarietyNanongFeningsoil.Tesudyshowedtattesistancemehansmofieretcutchsanthm resistantvarietistootiuousoppingotaclesainlybyicgenfialmicoganiss，intainhigrLandOctiit inleaf tisueaslidtaistlgohfsddusasinghsi theinfectionofpathoicfug.ultofisufultodilotetialofcsauiseftprovidali riety reserve for chrysanthemum disease resistance breeding in the future.
