AbstractObectie]osreouteigtonditiossuiableforhrgowthndprovidelogicalparameersforeartalng andultivatioofatoslloyalygdopaitpactsofientlightitesitisoowthefoaal rate,metamorphosisrateand digestive enzymeactivitiesof its larvae.Methods]Taking theOratosquillaoratorialarvae( )as the research object,four light intensity gradients( 0,3 000,6 000 and 9000lx )were set up.Measure the mass of the Oratosquilla oratoria larvae,calculate theinitialweigtfalwihteighiateecifcgohateurvivalatedetamoosisatenddeitiiyfdig tiveenzymesbusingitsesult]erentlightintesitidiicatetsontefialweight,urvivalatendmetamoisate ( P<0.05 ).The degree of influence was 6000lx>9000lx>3000lx>0 lx.Under the light intensity of 6000lx ,the final weight,weight gain ratespecificgohtevaltedeamopsisteftOollatoleeallgtotopsfl weight,survival rate and metamorphosis rate were significantly better than other groups ( (P<0.05) ,meanwhile,the activitiesofprotease,lipase andamylaseweretestronges.UndertheconditionofteOlgroup,thactivisofteabovedigestiveenzyesweretelowestCoclu sion6O lxwasthsuiablelightintesityfortegowthddvelopentofOratosqilloratorialrv.Teseachsultsanrovidea crucialbasisfrfigodosirtfaluivooOratosllaodepoaplatufor proving the breeding technology of its larvae and the development of the industry.
