AbstractObectie]osreouteigtonditiossuiableforhrgowthndprovidelogicalparameersforeartalng andultivatioofatoslloyalygdopaitpactsofientlightitesitisoowthefoaal rate，metamorphosisrateand digestive enzymeactivitiesof its larvae.Methods]Taking theOratosquillaoratorialarvae（ ）as the research object，four light intensity gradients（ 0，3 000，6 000 and 9000lx ）were set up.Measure the mass of the Oratosquilla oratoria larvae，calculate theinitialweigtfalwihteighiateecifcgohateurvivalatedetamoosisatenddeitiiyfdig tiveenzymesbusingitsesult]erentlightintesitidiicatetsontefialweight，urvivalatendmetamoisate （ P<0.05 ）.The degree of influence was 6000lx>9000lx>3000lx>0 lx.Under the light intensity of 6000lx ，the final weight，weight gain ratespecificgohtevaltedeamopsisteftOollatoleeallgtotopsfl weight，survival rate and metamorphosis rate were significantly better than other groups （ （P<0.05） ，meanwhile，the activitiesofprotease，lipase andamylaseweretestronges.UndertheconditionofteOlgroup，thactivisofteabovedigestiveenzyesweretelowestCoclu sion6O lxwasthsuiablelightintesityfortegowthddvelopentofOratosqilloratorialrv.Teseachsultsanrovidea crucialbasisfrfigodosirtfaluivooOratosllaodepoaplatufor proving the breeding technology of its larvae and the development of the industry.
