AbstractObeie]oomparedalyteurtioaotentnocidompositidtcoagntactivityfthe ches,hiccaldelydinanlsis,do,aaigadrtovidsisforevelotdeploitation the leeches for huge scale farming.[Method]3 kinds farming adult leecheswere respectively weighed 150g ,freeze-dried by vacumrdomlyideditoeplicatestoproucefre-dridowerDryaterdepotdefatshotentndo compositionweredeteminedbyacceptedstardmetods.Theanticoaglantactivityasdeteminedbytrombititration.Resulthe sultsshowedthatthereweresignificantdiferences inmoisturecontentamong thefreeze-driedpowder3farminglches( P<0.05 ), the order moisturecontentwas W.pigra>Hmanilensis>Hnipponia.Thecontentscudeprotein,cudefatashwerethehighest in H.nip , ponia the lowest in W -pigra.And the crude protein crude fat contents H. manillensis were significantly lower than those H.nipponia ( P<0.05 ),but significantly higher than those W.pigra( P <0.05).The ash content W.pigra was significantly lower than H.manillensis H.nipponia( P< 0.05).Thecontentsasparticacid,glutamicacid,lysineleucinewerehighinthefreeze-dried powderthethreefarming leeches species,but the content aspartic acid valine H⋅ .manillensis was significantly higher than that in H . nipponia W.pigra ( P <0.05).In addition,the glutamic acid content W .pigra was significantly higher than that H manillensis H.nipponia( P<0.05 ), thepenylalaieotetdtiossetialoidstoalodsflvoableoistotlaose significantly higher than those H.manillensis ( P<0.05 ),but there were no significant differences compared with H.nipponia ( P>0.05 ).The anticoagulant activitythe freeze-dried powder the three farming leeches was significantly diferent ( P<0.05 ), the order the anticoagulantactivityasHmanileisnippaWpigra.oncsion]Tefinglhallvegodnutriioalvaedtogan tithrombin activity in vitro, can be huge-scale cultured for the same homology medicine food.
